OUR|STORE (“Marketplace”) works with consultants conducting audit and security certification to help ensure our compliance is done based on internationally accepted privacy principle. This Privacy Policy covers the website buyotop.ph and any other applications. This program does not cover information that may be collected through downloadable software. Information Collection and Use
This website (“Site”) use forms in which you give us contact information (including your name, home and delivery address, email address, employment information, photo or pictures, and contact numbers) so you can place orders, request information and support, and make product suggestions. For product and service purchase, we may also request a credit card number, government identification number, or other financial information. Our registration page, if available, will allow you to create an account with us, where we attach a corresponding registration number.
We receive and store any information you enter on our Site, applications, or give us in any other way, including through email, telephone, or other communications with our Business Development Department. If you contact us for support, we will keep an internal record of what support was given.

What Happens to my Personally Identifiable Information if I Terminate my Marketplace Account?
When your account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in a “deactivated” status on our relevant databases. However, deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information as necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. When the need of such information seize to exist, we will remove it but still keep the record albeit anonymized.

This is your primary method in updating your information. Please note, if you choose to contact us to update your record due to inability to access your account online, we may require additional information as a valid proof of identity and ownership to such account.
